BACON AND VIBES: HOW TO MAKE AMAZING BACON AT HOME!
When I think of bacon, only one thing comes to mind — crunch. I need some bacon with some nice crunch, and you do too! You deserve it! So, without further ado
Get your bacon out and preheat your skillet on medium — cast iron is preferred — for about 2 minutes
Add a tablespoon of olive oil. This will help ensure that every slice is evenly cooked as well as adding some nice touches in the crisp and flavor department.
Place your bacon in the pan and lay them as flat as possible
Leave the bacon on the skillet without flipping for 5–10 minutes or until the bottom starts to get brown
Transfer bacon to parchment paper lined baking sheet or wire rack
